Join us in our celebration of Earth Day. Right now it's still a little chilly for us to be working out in the community garden, but it does give us some more time to line things up as we partner up with local businesses, organizations and other like minded individuals on helping to keep our planet clean and healthy.
What we have lined up at the community garden this year is adding a butterfly garden. Our youth group kids will also be trying their hands at composting. It's something new for all of us and we are excited to continue learning and trying new things.

Power Animals
Also referred to as Animal Totems or Spirit Animals
There is a lot that we can learn from animals if we pay enough attention and listen to what they have to say and teach us. Power Animals come and go throughout various times in our daily lives offering us support, companionship, advice and guidance. Every animal has their own individual lesson that they teach. Working with power animals was a huge part of the Native American culture. Calling upon power animals in our times of need is still being practiced and used today. and is a technique commonly used in Shamanic Medicine. We can also call upon our power animals to help guide us with our personal relationships, home and business lives.

All of us experience many different types of dreams from lucid dreaming, recurring and prophetic dreams to the occasional nightmare. We also experience commonly themed dreams from flying, dying, being naked and being chased, but what does all of this mean? When we sleep our bodies and minds are at rest and our natural defensive mechanisms are down allowing messages from our subconscious, higher consciousness and at times from the Divine to come through to deliver messages that help provide us with answers and guidance in our daily waking lives. Ways we are Giving Back to the community
Community Garden
Volunteering at our local community garden, and promoting healthier eating habits. Learning and teaching how to prepare meals using fresh vegetables and herbs has been a wonderful, and quite tasty experience that benefits the overall health of our community members. We also distribute our crops to those that may not have enough to eat.
Youth Programs
We are dedicated and committed to serving the youth of our community. Every week, we volunteer our time to help run our local community youth group programs. It is truly a blessing to work with these amazing young minds.
